What are some other ways you can increase your physical activity throughout the day, even if you cannot find the time to visit and gym or take a 30 minute walk? As we get older and busier, we must work exercise into our everyday routine. We can start the process of trying to hit a goal of walking a certain amount of steps everyday at work. Even if we go walking once we get home, 7000 to 10000 steps at work is not a lot of steps, especially if you start a habit of trying to hit a certain goal. I'm not the most active person but somehow i have managed to walk anywhere from 6000 to 19000 steps in a day. You don't have to hit a certain mark everyday, maybe you were tied to your desk all day.
